A: All of Culturing Wellness' products are available online. Please check back often, our product inventory is updated frequently.

Q: Can I send items as gifts?
A: Yes. Culturing Wellness' online checkout process allows you to enter different addresses for billing and shipping purposes. We also have a special section allowing you to send a note along with your purchase. For a birthday or special holiday, give the gift of health!

A: Culturing Wellness does accept faxed orders. In order to process the order, your fax must detail your name, shipping address, item number and description and your credit card information. Fax your orders to 1-403-686-0064. A toll-free number is to be available shortly.

Q: How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
A: Shipping and handling charges are based on the dollar value of the order. For orders under $50 there is a $10 shipping and handling charge, and for orders over $50 there is a $15 shipping and handling charge.

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: All orders are shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel which delivers within 3 business days locally, 4 to 6 business days regionally and 5 to 10 business days nationally between major canadian centres. sooner.
